Germany has offered up another brimming cup of purely profound metal fury with the upcoming release of "Mayhem Maniac Machine" by DEADBORN, a quartet of slaying riffs, furious drumming rhythms, and scoldingly brutal vocals formed in 2002 and comprised of Mario Petrovic (vocals), Jo Morath (guitars), Kevin Olasz "Die Eule" (guitars), and Slavek Foltyn (drums).
Both their previously released EP, as well as their full-length received superb response and amazing reviews, moving DEADBORN through the metal underground just like they belonged to it. That's because they do. Having toured with such acts as Hate Eternal, Cephalic Carnage and Dying Fetus also put them right out where they could be heard by the larger audience that was waiting for them all along.
"Mayhem Maniac Machine" is not only true to the form of death metal, this album is so fucking heavy it's crushing!! Transitioning seamlessly between the heavy assault of vicious blasts and demanding guitar riffs to melodic, almost hypnotically atmospheric hooks, this new masterpiece of traditional metal evolution just smashes right into your reality with the opening track, "Premises Of Cryonics". This initial offering truly sets the feel for the album right away, furiously shredding it into its existence. Two tracks down the line, "Bionic Abomination" takes it even further into the chaotic slaughter that "Mayhem Maniac Machine" is!! No joke, these guys never lose their crushing sound, it just gets better as this album goes on.
Due for release in April of 2012 on Apostasy Records, "Mayhem Maniac Machine" is a 9-track production of savage symphony engineered, mixed and mastered with producer Christoph Brandes at Iguana Studios.
